One off callback purchases:

 

We assume that you the customer will imput the correct telephone number iinto your order. In this case your call back should commence automatically within 2 minutes of payment being made. The callback service triggers a download which starts the call. This service is a digital download service and is non-refundable.

 

In the case that you accidentaly enter an incorrect telephone number with your order, in the case that the order has not caused the system to use your ordered call minutes we may be able to credit the call for you. In such a case please email us and let us know. support@genihelp.com
